 Well maintained hotel with excellent facilities. Very nice. Access to the center with a lot of slope on the way back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo café da manhã sem opções nenhuma de bolos, nem tapiocas, acessibilidade nenhuma pra pessoas com deficiência, fui pedir pra levar café da manhã no quarto pra minha esposa e ficaram questionando o motivo, fizemos reserva no térreo e nós deram um quarto no primeiro andar, funcionários sem treinamento nenhum e muito ásperos com os hóspedes. Não recomendo pra ninguém e nem fico mais lá.
Terrible breakfast with no options for cakes, no tapioca, no accessibility for people with disabilities, I asked to bring breakfast to my wife's room and they were questioning why, we made a reservation on the ground floor and we were given a room on the first floor , untrained staff and very rough with guests. I don't recommend it to anyone and I won't stay there anymore.

- hotel muito barulhento (o corredor fazia tanto barulho que teve dia impossível de se dormir após 7h) [problema de construção e controle];
- todo banho significa banheiro alagado (o chuveiro ao ligar já começa a molhar tudo) [erro de projeto sem box];
- café da manhã apesar de parecer ter muita coisa, nada é bom de verdade. Nomes nunca batem com as comidas e sabor na qualidade “bate e entope”. A reposição e controle da oferta é ruim.
- recepção não preparada a suportar o turista. Tudo que se perguntava vinha “um não sei”, “olha na cidade” ou recomendo o restaurante do hotel.
Tudo isso associado acaba apagando a estrutura nova do hotel, com ar-condicionados bons e camas confortáveis. Quartos são minúsculos. É o típico hotel de pacotão de turismo.
The evaluation was BAD due to items such as:
- very noisy hotel (the corridor was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep after 7 am) [construction and control problem];
- every bath means a flooded bathroom (the shower starts to wet everything when it is turned on) [design error without a shower stall];
- breakfast despite seeming to have a lot, nothing is really good. Names never match food and taste in the “hit and clog” quality. Replenishment and supply control is bad.
- reception not prepared to support the tourist. All that was asked was “I don't know”, “look at the city” or I recommend the hotel's restaurant.
All this associated ends up erasing the new structure of the hotel, with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. Rooms are tiny. It is the typical tourist package hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel muito bonito! Fui muito bem atendido. O Ponto alto do hotel e o restaurante (tudo que pedi com sabor e qualidade excelentes) , além da educação dos funcionários que são muito prestativos, e gentis.
O hotel tem dois andares com quartos mais próximos da piscina, em que o ruído será maior, e quartos mais distantes da piscina com menor barulho...por ser um turismo de aventura e natureza não acho que barulho seja um problema durante o dia porque na Chapada você passará quase o dia todo fora. A noite o hotel e bem silencioso.
Realmente tem a questão do box que molha um pouco o banheiro, mas não vejo nada que interfira na qualidade do hotel.
Gostei do café da manhã, e se você deseja algo e só pedir a cozinha que eles fazem.
O tamanho do quarto depende do seu tipo de hospedagem. Cama muito confortável e ar condicionado excelente.
Voltaria, e recomendo hospedagem a todos que irão pra Lençóis.
Very nice hotel! I was very well taken care of. The highlight of the hotel and the restaurant (everything I ordered with excellent taste and quality), in addition to the education of the staff who are very helpful and kind.
The hotel has two floors with rooms closer to the pool, where the noise will be greater, and rooms further away from the pool with less noise... in Chapada you will spend most of the day outside. At night the hotel is very quiet.
There is really the issue of the shower stall that makes the bathroom a little wet, but I don't see anything that interferes with the quality of the hotel.
I enjoyed the breakfast, and if you want something just ask the kitchen they do it.
Room size depends on your type of accommodation. Very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning.
I would go back, and I recommend accommodation to everyone who goes to Lençóis.
