Tive que ficar com a mercadoria, não pude reclamar porque eu devia ter visto antes, eu achei que estava certo quando abri a caixa.
Isso mostra falta de preparo e atenção por parte deles.
Resultado perderam um cliente. Avaliação péssima, negativa.
