Infelizmente muito complicado a questão de construir , o sonho se torna pesadelo na hora que vc vai querer construir , burocracia desnecessária , quando vc vai comprar o terreno é mil maravilha mais quando vai construir começa seu pesadelo, principalmente por exigências enorme da própria adm do condomínio ?
