Unfortunately the condo is full of insensitive people.
Very sad people, in the middle of the 21st century, get involved with other good people who are sensitized, feed and treat these cruelly abandoned animals inside the condominium.
There is a lot to evolve as a human being. Anyone who mistreats an animal would certainly mistreat a human being. ??

Very good condominium, I recommend. However, I do not agree that some residents do not allow hungry street cats to be fed. I find that inhumane. Something needs to be done, such as placing these cats for responsible adoption, with screened houses
