Fiz o pedido pelo ifood do combo Pizza giga + doce + refri e o estabelecimento cancelava.
Sendo assim, resolvi telefonar e saber o motivo.
Fui informado pela atendente que não possuíam mais bacon com ovos. OK! Disse que não havia problema e que faria novamente o pedido de outro sabor.
A atendente, então, alegou que não havia também mais pizza doce...... que havia somente uma e que só poderia fazer o pedido por telefone.
TENHO CERTEZA que por algum motivo eles querem vender fora do Ifood, mas por qual motivo continuam lá então?
Questionei a atendente que pelo ifood tinha um cupom de 10,00 e a mesma informou que pedindo por telefone eu não teria direito. OU SEJA, A PARCERIA DO RESTAURANTE COM O IFOOD EXISTE PRA NADA, NÉ?
Não gostei da forma como o estabelecimento conduziu a questão.
Se sou eu dono e não possuo o sabor, ATUALIZO o IFOOD ou dou o desconto por telefone mesmo, especialmente para cliente novo... mas...o povo tá nadando no dinheiro....

Unfortunately, I was unable to try the pizza.
I ordered the ifood of the Pizza giga + sweet + soda combo and the establishment canceled.
So I decided to call and find out why.
I was informed by the attendant that they no longer had bacon and eggs. OK! He said there was no problem and would order another flavor again.
The attendant then claimed that there was also no more sweet pizza ...... that there was only one and that she could only place an order over the phone.
I AM SURE that for some reason they want to sell outside Ifood, but why are they still there then?
I asked the attendant that ifood had a coupon of 10.00 and she informed that asking by phone I would not be entitled. THAT IS, THE RESTAURANT PARTNERSHIP WITH IFOOD EXISTS FOR ANYTHING, HAS IT?
I didn't like the way the establishment handled the issue.
If I am the owner and do not own the flavor, I UPDATE the IFOOD or give the discount by phone, especially for a new customer ... but ... people are swimming in the money ....
