★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma academia bem legal. Os professores são atenciosos e acompanham bem as atividades. Os equipamentos recebem manutenção constante e tem um bom protocolo de controle de quantidade de alunos por hora do dia.
 It's a really cool gym. The teachers are attentive and follow the activities well. The equipment is constantly maintained and has a good protocol for controlling the number of students per hour of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia top demais, não deixa a desejar em nenhum tipo de exercício ou aparelho. Horários bem flexíveis (06h-00h). Conversando com os atendentes, é possícel fechar um plano q a torna a melhor custo benefício da cidade.
Too top a gym, it leaves nothing to be desired in any type of exercise or apparatus. Very flexible hours (06h-00h). Talking to the attendants, it is possible to close a plan that makes it the best cost benefit in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia excelente, seja na infraestrutura dos equipamentos, no espaço para treinamento, nas areas de atividades (Crossfit, Bootcamp e dança), nos banheiros/chuveiros, tanto quanto são referências em atendimento aos alunos.
Possuem excelentes professores prontos para dar o suporte necessário a respeito de qualquer dúvida sobre, o que eu vejo como característica mais forte, visto que muitas academias da cidade não se importam tanto com essa questão ou só se interessam em obter algum lucro encima disso. É oferecido a bioimpedância e de fato existe um trabalho sério realizado pelos professores, possibilitando avaliar os melhores caminhos para a evolução do aluno sem riscos a saúde.
O Custo mensal é acessível, visto que academias menores oferecem um serviço inferior a um custo mais elevado, além disso existe estímulos aos alunos a respeito das indicações, com premiações a cada nova indicação.
Excellent gym, whether in equipment infrastructure, training space, activity areas (Crossfit, Bootcamp and dance), bathrooms/showers, as well as being references in student service.
They have excellent teachers ready to give the necessary support regarding any doubts about it, which I see as the strongest feature, since many academies in the city do not care so much about this issue or are only interested in making some profit on top of it. Bioimpedance is offered and in fact there is a serious work carried out by the teachers, making it possible to evaluate the best paths for the evolution of the student without health risks.
The monthly cost is affordable, as smaller academies offer a lower service at a higher cost, in addition there are incentives to students regarding indications, with awards for each new indication.
