★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa localização porém precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos. A disposição/ layout dos produtos não é muito bonita e muitas vezes é confuso encontrar determinados itens, mesmo com ajuda.
Alguns produtos sujos na frente da prateleira, isso dá a entender que não se importam com o cliente nem em expor melhor o produto.
Espaço pequeno então não tem variedade de produtos, quando tem a marca a mesma não possui as principais numerações.
Poucas promoções e não trabalha com algumas marcas que mesmo outras perfumarias pequenas ja tem. O atendimento é bom mas algumas funcionárias (ou promotoras) abordam muitas vezes, mesmo que vc já tenha deixado claro que não precisa de ajuda, isso é muito incomodo, continuam te oferecendo o produto e fazendo perguntas, esse tipo de comportamento não deixa o cliente á vontade.
As críticas que exponho aqui são construtivas, e agradeço pelo atendimento.
Good location but needs improvement in some ways. The layout of the products is not very beautiful and it is often confusing to find certain items, even with help.
Some dirty products in front of the shelf, this implies that they do not care about the customer or to expose the product better.
Small space so there is no variety of products, when you have the brand it does not have the main numbers.
Few promotions and does not work with some brands that even other small perfumeries already have. The service is good but some employees (or promoters) often approach, even though you have already made it clear that you do not need help, this is very uncomfortable, they continue offering you the product and asking questions, this type of behavior does not leave the customer make yourself comfortable.
The criticisms I expose here are constructive, and I thank you for your service.

Duas vezes que fui lá, duas vezes que as operadoras de caixas são extremamente desrespeitosas e donas da razão. A empresa em si tem ótimos valores, mas minhas compras na mesma será apenas online. Precisam aplicar treinamentos para os funcionários.
Lousy cashier service.
Twice I went there, twice that the cashiers are extremely disrespectful and owners of reason. The company itself has great values, but my purchases will still be online only. They need to apply training for employees.

Always full. Sometimes I go to get a simple tampon, but the line is so long that I give up. And there are some employees who are funny ..... Next time I turn on the manager !!!

Comprei produtos que ainda não havia experimentado e recomendo muito.
There may not be the products from the cosmetics line you use, but other brands that are affordable and of great quality.
