The only reservations I make are about the response time on Whatsapp; and I suggest sending a message when contact with the client is not possible by phone. In addition, the service is excellent, the seamstress is incredible and the quality of the dresses, impeccable! ?

O ambiente é muito agradável, um vestido mais lindo do que o outro e as meninas são extremamente simpáticas e gentis, ótimas profissionais. Minha mãe tbm alugou com eles e amou, vale cada centavo que a gente paga pelo aluguel.
I was very well attended... It was the first time I rented with them, but I will certainly become a customer. The atmosphere is very pleasant, one dress is more beautiful than the other and the girls are extremely friendly and kind, great professionals. My mom also rented with them and loved it, it's worth every penny we pay for the rent.

Fomos muito bem atendidas, as meninas foram incríveis !!!super atenciosas!! Achamos o vestido perfeito! Na verdade “os vestidos”, pq só tem vestido maravilhoso lá! Amazing and wonderful experience!!! My mom and I were looking for a dress for her to wear to my wedding!! I went to the right place!! We were very well attended, the girls were amazing !!!super attentive!! We found the perfect dress! Actually “the dresses”, because there are only wonderful dresses there! I still found an amazing piece to spice up my big day!! We will definitely be back again!!!❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei extremamente decepcionada.!Tive uma péssima experiência! E não só eu, outras pessoas que alugaram no mesmo lugar tmb mencionaram a mim que o vestido abriu.
Fiz provas, mostrei que o vestido havia sido cortado e estava curto e falaram q era o tecido e que depois de lavado e passado voltaria ao normal. Chegando em casa vi que o vestido tinha 2 buracos e estava manchado de batom e algo parecido com terra, na saia. Onde não vi na retirada do vestido, pois só não claridade dava para ver. A questão do forro e tamanho da saia permaneceu o mesmo, embora tenha mencionado por várias vezes.
Em contato através do whatsapp, não houve nenhuma preocupação ou tentativa para tentar solucionar o problema. No outro dia quase na hora de sair para meu evento q falaram que se eu quisesse ir trocar que poderia ir até o local, onde já não havia tempo hábil para isso.
Fiquei totalmente no prejuízo e nada foi feito! Posteriormente me falaram que eu poderia ter descontos em uma próxima locação. Será que depois de tudo, vou querer correr o risco novamente para um nova locação para ter problemas?
Fui para o casamento onde era madrinha, desta forma mesmo. Sem poder me sentir confortável, bem vestida e muito chateada por ter qua passar por isso.Um dia ao qual nos programamos e PAGAMOS para que tudo saia dentro do que é correto, e justo.
I was extremely disappointed! I had a bad experience! And not just me, other people who rented at the same place also mentioned to me that the dress opened.
I did tests, showed that the dress had been cut and was short and they said it was the fabric and that after washing and ironing it would go back to normal. When I got home I saw that the dress had 2 holes and was smeared with lipstick and something like dirt on the skirt. Where I didn't see it when the dress was removed, because it was just not clear enough to see. The issue of lining and skirt size remained the same, although it was mentioned several times.
In contact through whatsapp, there was no concern or attempt to try to solve the problem. The other day, almost time to leave for my event, they said that if I wanted to change, I could go to the place, where there was no time for it.
I was totally at a loss and nothing was done! Later I was told that I could have discounts on a next rental. Will I ever want to take the risk again for a new lease to get in trouble?
I went to the wedding where I was godmother, just like that. Without being able to feel comfortable, well dressed and very upset about having to go through this. A day to which we schedule ourselves and PAY so that everything comes out within what is correct, and fair.
