★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há dois dias atrás fiz uma avaliação aqui, questionando a minha insatisfação após fazer um corte bordado que não adiantou no meu cabelo por estar muito danificado, porém fiquei insatisfeita por não terem me avisado antes que essas pontas iriam “sair”/ter um melhor aspecto apenas com tesoura/cauterização etc.
Enfim, logo após a avaliação recebi uma mensagem da Tessália Michele, proprietária do salão, que foi super atenciosa e profissional, lamentando o ocorrido e fazendo questão com que eu voltasse no salão para mudar minha impressão e tivesse a opurtunidade de ver como realmente é o serviço.
Acabei de sair de lá, extremamente satisfeita, após passar por mais um corte bordado, um corte com tesoura, hidratação e escova. Assim, gostaria de agradecer mais uma vez a Tessália por ter entrado em contato comigo, pela sua atenção, gentileza e profissionalismo. Também, a profissional Ana Paula, por ter feito todo o procedimento com a maior dedicação, que me deixou muito contente com o resultado!
Para o mês que vem já agendei a cauterização! Muito obrigada mais uma vez por terem sido tão profissionais em relação ao ocorrido, podem ter certeza que ganharam uma cliente!
