★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já usei o lava jato várias vezes ao longo dos últimos 2 anos. O serviço sempre foi de primeira e o atendimento muito bom. O tempo de entrega também era bem razoável.
Hoje, contudo, fui até lá para lavar meu carro e o atendimento foi péssimo.
Primeiramente o preço da lavagem está um pouco caro. Mesmo assim iria lavar, porque tive boas experiências com a lavagem das outras vezes. E só havia dos carros na loja, que já estavam sendo lavados e um na espera do lado de fora.
Quando perguntei o prazo de entrega, a atendente me disse que não tinha como me informar, porque poderiam chegar outros carros depois, por ser fim de ano. E aí o prazo se estenderia. Portanto, ela disse que só poderia me entregar a tarde (cheguei às 9:00 da manhã). Não entendi muito bem como os carros que eventualmente chegariam depois influenciaram o prazo de entrega do meu carro, que chegou antes. Como havia pouquíssimos carros na frente, o prazo que ela informou não fazia qualquer sentido.
Ela ainda tentou falar com o gerente, para ver se conseguiriam entregar as 11:30, mas o gerente estava ocupado em uma ligação e ela ficou sem resposta.
Enfim, depois ela olhou o meu carro dentro e disse que estava muito sujo e que por isso ia demorar.
Portanto, agradeci a atenção dela e disse que iria lavar em outro lugar.
Espero que a loja reveja o modo de atendimento ao cliente e espero que minha experiência tenha sido pontual, devido ao fim de ano e as dificuldades de manter o número de funcionários, por causa de férias, etc. Desta vez, parecia que eu estava pedindo um favor, e não que eu era o cliente.
Eu realmente gostava muito do serviço de lavagem e por isso dei 3 estrelas na presente avaliação, em consideração pelas experiências anteriores, que foram muito boas.
Gostaria de poder voltar à loja em outra ocasião e ter o mesmo atendimento que recebi das outras vezes.
I have used the car wash several times over the last 2 years. The service has always been top notch and the service very good. Delivery time was also very reasonable.
Today, however, I went there to wash my car and the service was terrible.
First, the price of washing is a little expensive. I would wash it anyway, because I had good experiences with washing the other times. And there were only two cars in the store, which were already being washed and one waiting outside.
When I asked about the delivery time, the attendant told me that she had no way of informing me, because other cars could arrive later, as it was the end of the year. And then the deadline would extend. Therefore, she said that she could only deliver to me in the afternoon (I arrived at 9:00 am). I didn't quite understand how the cars that would eventually arrive later influenced the delivery time of my car, which arrived earlier. As there were very few cars out front, the time frame she provided didn't make any sense.
She even tried talking to the manager, to see if they could deliver by 11:30, but the manager was busy on a call and she got no answer.
Anyway, later she looked at my car inside and said it was very dirty and that's why it was going to take a while.
So I thanked her for her attention and said I would wash elsewhere.
I hope that the store will review its customer service mode and I hope that my experience has been punctual, due to the end of the year and the difficulties of maintaining the number of employees, because of holidays, etc. This time, it felt like I was asking for a favor, not that I was the customer.
I really liked the washing service a lot and that's why I gave it 3 stars in this review, considering previous experiences, which were very good.
I wish I could go back to the store on another occasion and have the same service I received the other times.
