Fiz uma compra dia 12/12/20 e dia 28/12/20 colocaram qe saíram para entrega. Hoje atualizaram que não encontraram a residência, sendo que nem chegaram a vir pois se não tivessem encontrado era só ligar, e meu celular não tem nenhuma ligação deles, estou cobrando a empresa MAGAZINE LUIZA, por trabalhar com uma transportadora tão baixa como essa, e não tem como falar com ninguém da empresa péssimo!
Se eu soubesse disse não teria comprado, só hoje deram que não encontraram , e agora? O que tenho que fazer? Entrar com um processo?

I made a purchase on 12/12/20 and on 12/28/20 they put it out for delivery. Today they updated that they didn't find the residence, and they didn't even come because if they hadn't found it, they just had to call, and my cell phone has no connection from them, I'm charging the company MAGAZINE LUIZA, for working with a carrier as low as this, and there's no way to talk to anyone in the company bad!
If I had known I said I would not have bought, only today they gave that they did not find, and now? What do I have to do? File a lawsuit?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparentemente os entregadores dessa empresa não sabem que a pandemia não acabou ou não se importam, já que chegaram sem máscara e não fizeram questão de colocar nem ao ver qhe eu estava usando uma.
O que eles não parecem entender é que a partir do momento que isso acabar, muita gente vai voltar a comprar em lojas e o emprego deles já era. ??♀️
Apparently the deliverymen of this company don't know that the pandemic isn't over or don't care, since they arrived without a mask and didn't make a point of putting it on even when they saw that I was wearing one.
What they don't seem to understand is that once this is over, a lot of people will go back to buying in stores and their jobs are gone. ??♀️
