O pessoal que cuida dessa parte comercial poderia ser mais atencioso e até mesmo propor soluções ao cliente quando não conseguem ou não podem atender. É uma crítica construtiva. Espero que melhorem quanto a essa questão.
Unfortunately I did not have a good service, which showed interest in solving my "need" as a customer in the 2 opportunities that I contacted. The staff that takes care of this commercial part could be more attentive and even propose solutions to the customer when they are unable or unable to attend. It is a constructive criticism. I hope they will improve on this issue.
