Falam para mandar por e-mail e nunca respondem, a não ser que você fique cobrando por telefone. Inacreditável. Worst service I've ever seen in the business. Lack of commitment, they don't meet deadlines, they gave wrong information several times. They tell you to send it by e-mail and never respond, unless you keep charging over the phone. Unbelievable.

They do not care if the customer has to beg to be answered, the phone does not answer, what´s not to answer the email when possible!!! unfortunately they can't serve customers!!!
