★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim como várias pessoas aqui, eu também fiz um pedido de portabilidade na Vivo e fiquei sem o chip por conta da transportadora não saber fazer entrega. O pior é que ligo na Vivo para pedir ajuda e eles me informam que estão adotando o trabalho remoto por conta da pandemia, mas me sugerem ir até uma loja. Ou seja, sua saúde pouco nos importa, vá até uma loja pois continuaremos usando os serviços dessa transportadora incompetente. Isso porque eu ainda nem sou cliente, imagina como será daqui para frente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA, mencionaram que foi feito uma tentativa de entrega e isso NÃO É VERDADE, empresa de péssima categoria e a vivo pouco se importa com as reclamações dos clientes, pois não tem um canal direto para contato,apenas essas inutilidades de wthsp automatizado.
TERRIBLE, they mentioned that an attempt was made to deliver and that IS NOT TRUE, a terrible company and vivo doesn't care about customer complaints, because it doesn't have a direct channel for contact, just these useless automated wthsp.

Disseram que não encontram o local e depois disseram que encontram, mas não havia ninguém para receber, sendo que ficamos aberto em horário comercial. Como pode isso???
Como a Vivo mantém esta empresa com sua transportadora????
Terrible company, no way to communicate with them. There is an 0800 that doesn't work, they didn't deliver my product and didn't give information on when it will deliver.
They said they can't find the place and then they said they find it, but there was no one to receive, and we were open during business hours. How can this be???
How does Vivo maintain this company with its carrier????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior transportadora do mundo, não tem compromisso com o consumidor, é mentirosa, fala que fez tentativa de entrega sem ter feito, meu pedido já era pra ter entregue e até hj não recebi. Não sei como a vivo tem parceria com uma empresa dessa, no mínimo deve ser igual ou pior!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu chip vivo deveria ter chegado por essa transportadora. Nunca chegou. Tentativas de entregas fantasmas. E quando constou que foi entregue, também não foi feito. E ainda por cima falsificaram uma assinatura como se fosse minha. Procurarei a justiça.
My live chip should have arrived by this carrier. Never arrived. Phantom delivery attempts. And when it turned out that it was delivered, it wasn't done either. And on top of that, they forged a signature as if it were mine. I will seek justice.
