★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridículo o atendimento, foi pedir um orçamento por whats e o rapaz do outro lado foi totalmente desaforado, muito sem educação, não indicaria nunca essa empresa para alguém, péssimo atendimento ao cliente, se pudesse não daria nem uma estrela, apenas questionei se conseguia fazer em menos de 24 horas e quando ele informou que não daria disse que não precisava entao, mas tudo na educação, e escutei a seguinte frase "custou a fechar o orçamento e ainda quer receber em menos de 24 horas?" Isso na maior arrogância como se eu fosse obrigado a fechar só porque solicitei o orçamento.
Ridiculous service, he asked for a quote for whats and the guy on the other side was totally impudent, very uneducated, I would never recommend this company to anyone, terrible customer service, if I could I wouldn't even give a star, I just wondered if I could do it in less than 24 hours and when he said he wouldn't give it, he said he didn't need it then, but everything in education, and I heard the following phrase "it cost to close the budget and do you still want to receive it in less than 24 hours?" This in the greatest arrogance as if I was forced to close just because I asked for the budget.
