I can say that they exceeded my expectations, from the attendance to the delivery of the keys. Vehicle purchased with nothing to do, excellent deal! Fui indicado por um amigo a fazer negócio com a empresa pois o mesmo acreditava que fosse uma empresa séria. O mesmo foi comigo ate o local e acompanhou todo o processso do negócio, o vendendo(gerente) Márcio André Santana inicialmente demosntravasse interassado em prestar um bom atendimento, meu caso era necessidade de um carro para trabalho, fui a loja com um financiamento pré aprovado e deixei por conta do Sr. MARCIO a melhor opcao e o mesmo decidiu pelo melhor modelo e ano para fechar o negócio, meu carro seria utilizado como parte do pagamento e foi avaliado pelo Sr. MARCIO que apos avaliação ofertou o valor de 18mil dizendo que para conclusão do negócio so estariamos dependendo do banco aprovar maior valor de crédito, o mesmo solicitou crédito e chegou ao valor que desejava para fechar o negócio. A partir daí começou a falta de respeito, o mesmo não respondia minhas mensagens, me enganou várias vezes e de formas diferentes para ganhar tempo. Por fim descobri que o carro que estava sendo negociado comigo havia sido vendido, logo eles escolhem o melhor negócio para eles e deixam você de lado. Eu perdi uma oportunidade de emprego por causa desse ocorrido. Não façam negócio com quem trata seus clientes assim!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS COMPANY! Salespeople who do not honor what they say when closing a deal. I was referred by a friend to do business with the company because he believed it was a serious company. The same went with me to the place and followed the whole process of the business, the selling (manager) Márcio André Santana initially showed interest in providing a good service, my case was the need for a car to work, I went to the store with a pre approved financing and I left it up to Mr. MARCIO to choose the best option and he decided on the best model and year to close the deal, my car would be used as part of the payment and was evaluated by Mr. MARCIO who after evaluation offered the amount of 18 thousand saying that to conclude the deal, we would only be depending on the bank approving a higher credit amount, it requested credit and reached the amount it wanted to close the deal. From then on, the lack of respect started, he didn't answer my messages, he deceived me several times and in different ways to save time. Finally I found out that the car that was being negotiated with me had been sold, so they choose the best deal for them and leave you alone. I missed a job opportunity because of that. Do not do business with those who treat your customers like that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faz 6meses que comprei um carro nessa agência e ainda não fizeram a transferência de proprietário e ainda tem débito do IPVA de 2021 e vc pergunta e ninguém te responde não indico e nunca mais compro
