★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida até que é boa apesar de caro, porém tem uma coisa que me irrita bastante neste lugar , eles nunca fazem a baguete de queijo o suficiente para atender a demanda, é um absurdo, a gente espera , tem fila de espera e quando sai uma fornada não dá nem pra quem já estava esperando, horrível isso. Se atentem a isso, atendam a demanda de vcs, supram , se não tem condições de fazer, pede pra sair do ramo.
 The food is quite good, although expensive, but there is one thing that annoys me a lot about this place, they never make enough cheese baguettes to meet the demand, it's absurd, we wait, there's a queue and when it comes out a batch is not even enough for those who were already waiting, that's horrible. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um local excelente, com ótimos produtos, tudo em alta qualidade, o almoço é que fica em um local muito pequeno e deveria ter pelo menos um funcionário específico para isso pois eles fazem muitas coisas ao mesmo tempo e infelizmente não conseguem nos atender tão rápido.
Mas confesso que lá é excelente e que sempre volto.
It's an excellent place, with great products, all in high quality, lunch is in a very small place and there should be at least one specific employee for that because they do a lot of things at the same time and unfortunately they can't serve us so fast .
But I confess that it is excellent there and that I always come back.

COMPRO TODOS OS DIAS.. mas tô cansada de ver as coisas lá vencidas pra vender pros seus clientes..Vocês ficam colocando as etiquetas de validade como se ainda tivesse tempo, mas na hora que vamos comer já está ULTRAPASSADO. Já pegamos ovo vencido, bolo vencido, salgado.. MEU DEUS já reclamamos com os funcionários mas nada adianta não muda isso de jeito nenhum! Quem compra todos os dia lá… bolinhos, tortinhas, salgados.. ovos sabe oq eu tô falando!!

Padaria muito bonita e bem organizada. Gostei bastante, por que além de variedades em pães e bolos, tem o diferencial que é os Caldos. Por sinal gostei bastante do caldo de carne com ovos e o de peixe que não é tão grosso como o de outros locais que joga massa para engrossar.
O ponto negativo que achei foi o caixa que geralmente quando vou estar sem ninguém, como se a pessoa acumulasse funções. Mas rapidamente sou atendido e recomendo.

Very nice and well organized bakery. I liked it a lot, because in addition to varieties in breads and cakes, it has the differential that is the broths. By the way, I really liked the meat broth with eggs and the fish broth, which is not as thick as other places that add pasta to thicken it.
The negative point that I found was the cashier that usually when I go to be without anyone, as if the person accumulates functions. But I am quickly attended to and recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é bom, preços correspondem a qualidade dos produtos. Porém, certamente por sobrecarga, os funcionários ultimamente estão perdendo eficiência. Com antipatia, demora nos atendimentos, passam pessoas na frente de outras (o que é inadmissível já que querem atender do começo ao fim um cliente quando aparenta ser importante e os demais ficam em segundo plano).
A qualidade dos produtos é boa. Corrigindo a demora no atendimento que deveria ser rápido, poderia voltar a classificar com 5 estrelas.
Mas diante desses problemas que devem ser corridos para garantir que retornarmos, permanecerei neutro na expectativa de que um dia volte a terem a mesma empolgação de quando começaram.
Pois todos são clientes e todos merecem a mesma dedicação no atendimento.
Pois minhas últimas experiências, me fizeram desistir de parar várias vezes ao lembrar do atendimento demorado e da antipatia.
The place is good, prices correspond to the quality of the products. But, certainly due to overload, employees are lately losing efficiency. With antipathy, delay in calls, people pass in front of others (which is unacceptable since they want to serve a customer from beginning to end when it appears to be important and the others are in the background).
The quality of products is good. Correcting the delay in the service that should have been fast, I could re-rate it with 5 stars.
But in the face of these problems that must be addressed to ensure that we return, I will remain neutral in the expectation that one day they will have the same excitement as when they started.
Because everyone is a customer and everyone deserves the same dedication in service.
Because my last experiences made me give up stopping several times when I remember the long service and dislike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava pronto para abrir uma reclamação devido a demora no atendimento, mas ai, como uma boa padaria, compraram o " gordim" com delícias.... Adorei o sabor e o ambiente. So podia ter mais funcionarios. Mas os que tem se desdobram... Sucesso!
I was ready to file a complaint due to the delay in service, but then, like a good bakery, they bought the "gordim" with delicacies.... I loved the flavor and the atmosphere. It could only have more employees. But those that have unfold... Success!
