★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A arrogância de vocês começa quando vocês falam que tem tantos anos de mercado e nunca tiveram problema nenhum, todo mundo erra, toda empresa erra, e cabe a vocês reconhecerem o erro de vocês, mas ficam relutantes afirmando que são perfeitos e que não erram.
Pelo jeito tanto tempo de mercado não faz de vocês perfeitos e sim arrogantes!
E tudo tem sua primeira vez, se alguém teve problemas com a loja de vocês reconheçam e não joguem a culpa no cliente.
Vergonhoso terem tantos anos de mercado e não saberem disso ainda.

Fiz várias soliciações de orçamentos pelo menos canal, Whatsapp, inclusive em lojas ditas "famosas", que esperávamos uma maior atenção com o cliente, e não foi dado. O máximo que consegui foi o valor de um único produto, sendo que havia mandado uma lista. O Baianão, além de me enviar com rapidez, solicitei novamente com a mudança de um produto, e ainda a entrega para o mesmo dia e fui atendida. Frétis gratis e possibilidade de pagar no cartão, em sua própria casa. Pessoal do atendimento também muito educado e com presteza, mandaram a nota fiscal, via whatsapp e email. Satisfeita.

Um amigo que já é cliente da loja a tempo, fez a compra de uma tinta especifica na cor " Cactus ", infelizmente por questões que não vem ao caso o pintor que estava responsável foi substituído e utilizou metade da 3º lata que foi comprada separadamente e tinha tonalidade diferente das demais. Ele se dirigiu a loja para realizar a troca, afinal o produto escolhido apesar de ser feito em loja é especifico e no momento da compra não foi informado por nenhum funcionário que poderia ter diferença de tonalidade , nem no próprio rotulo do produto. Chegando lá o mesmo foi coagido pela irmã do dono falando que só poderia fazer a troca de metade do produto. Ele então me ligou e fui até a loja munido do art. 35 do CDC que expressa claramente caso receba algo diferente daquele contratado, poderá exigir que o produto seja entregue, conforme combinado; aceitar outro produto, analisando as questões de qualidade e quantidade de tal; e por fim, pode ainda rescindir o contrato, e caso isso se aplique, poderá pleitear a devolução dos valores já pagos, monetariamente corrigidos, bem como perdas e danos. Chegando na loja me deparo com todos os profissionais sem máscara em plena pandemia com decretos relacionados, produtos na vitrine sem precificação e a ignorância de uma senhora que me informou que só poderia ser resolvido com o responsável da loja que estava em reunião em um banco e que tinha família de juízes e advogado, após aguardar 40 minutos em pé o mesmo desce do segundo andar da loja e diz que irá realizar a troca porém a tinta vem com um endurecedor que não foi fornecido na troca e também se recusaram a vender quase inutilizando o produto, passado todo esse transtorno meu amigo resolveu expor o que aconteceu nesta plataforma digital e para sua surpresa desce o dono da loja dizendo " Você é um moleque , seu cabelo é igual do namorado da minha filha, não irei mais permitir vendas para você". Um conselho para todos mantenham distância deste estabelecimento. Afinal de contas poderíamos pleitear judicialmente a perda do material que seria utilizado na construção da sua casa e todo transtorno relacionado a moral.
