★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estávamos em um grupo de 6 pessoas. Ao chegar fomos informados que tinha uma lista de espera. Optamos por esperar. Pois bem, mais de uma hora depois ainda estávamos esperando. Todos que chegaram antes e depois de nós foram atendidos. Diziam que não conseguiam arrumar uma mesa para seis. Ao outro grupo que estava aguardando foi oferecido alguns petiscos por conta da demora (não sei se foi pago ou não). Mas nada foi oferecido para nós para aliviar o desconforto de ficar esperando mais de uma hora e com fome. O que nos foi oferecido foi as desculpas da recepcionista dizendo que sabia que estávamos com fome mas que ainda não tinha como nos atender. Ou foi atendimento diferente para os cliente ou sabiam que não conseguiriam nos atender e não se preocuparam em oferecer algo. Enfim, depois de uma hora e quinze fomos comer em outro lugar.
 We were in a group of 6 people. Upon arrival we were told there was a waiting list. We chose to wait. Well, more than an hour later we were still waiting. Everyone who arrived before and after us was taken care of. They said they couldn't get a table for six. The other group that was waiting was offered some snacks because of the delay (I don't know if it was paid or not). But nothing was offered to us to alleviate the discomfort of waiting over an hour and being hungry. What we were offered was the receptionist's apology saying that she knew we were hungry but still had no way of serving us. Either it was different customer service or they knew they wouldn't be able to serve us and didn't bother to offer anything. Anyway, after an hour and fifteen we went to eat somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ideia de pedido por tablet é boa. No entanto, o pedido veio errado. Pedimos os hamburgueres com maionese a parte e a maionese não veio. Muito dificil de chamar o garçom, o chamado por tablet falava que tinha sido feito mas ficamos mais de 15 minutos esperando e nada.
Tivemos que comer o hamburguer sem maionese, senão ele iria esfriar.
Os lanches são muito caros e não compensam pelo sabor proporcionado.
Existem diversar outras opções na cidade muito melhores.
Não voltaria e nem recomendo o local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os hamburgers de carne no geral são muito bons. Mas o de frango deixa MUITO a desejar. Smash bem smash mesmo, de tão fino. Aí acaba ficando seco e sem graça.
No dia que fui vieram até nossa mesa fechar a conta sendo que não tínhamos pedido pra fechar nada ainda. Além disso, o incômodo é visível devido a uma porta que recebem mercadoria e onde retiram os deliverys, bem no meio do restaurante. Quem é arquiteto vai entender que esse é um erro gravíssimo e fica bem feio passar pra lá e pra cá com mercadoria perto dos clientes.
Se for só pra comer um hamburguer bovino gostoso, é bacana.
Se for avaliar a experiência completa, eu iria em outro lugar.
The beef burgers are generally very good. But the chicken leaves a lot to be desired. Smash really smash, it's so thin. It ends up getting dry and bland.
The day I went, they came to our table to close the account since we hadn't asked to close anything yet. In addition, the annoyance is visible due to a door that receives merchandise and where deliverys are removed, right in the middle of the restaurant. Anyone who is an architect will understand that this is a very serious mistake and it is very ugly to go back and forth with merchandise close to customers.
If it's just to eat a tasty beef burger, it's cool.
If I'm going to rate the whole experience, I'd go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi um pedido chegar tão rápido na minha vida. Pedimos Hambúrguer, batata, soda italiana e chá, todo muito gostosos. Ambiente agradável.
I've never seen an order come so fast in my life. We ordered hamburger, potato, Italian soda and tea, all very delicious. Pleasant environment.

Tablets na mesa, chegou rápido o pedido.
Confesso que não gostei muito do hambúrguer que pedi (aquele com cheddar), pois tinha muito queijo.
Mas a batata estava ótima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os sanduíches amamos, muito saborosos e caprichados. Sentimos falta de rótulos de cerveja. Como o nome é The Basic burguer e beber, achamos que teriam mais rótulos.
The sandwiches we love, very tasty and laced. We miss beer labels. As the name is The Basic Burger and Drink, we thought they would have more labels.
