Esperei 1:30h pelo lanche tive que cancelar e ir embora pq não estava pronto
E eu e minha família fomos os primeiros a chegar
A justificativa foi que a demanda estava grande, mas isso pq fui até o balcão para perguntar
O atendimento pelo proprietário foi desprezível
Quando informei que não iria mais esperar que iria cancelar, o proprietário simplesmente levantou a mão e deu um joinha.
Me senti ofendida
Lamentevelmente venho relatar esse desgosto pela primeira e única vez que fui lá.
***Espero que o atendimento venha ser o carro chefe pois bons lanches temos em vários lugares.***
Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience.
I waited 1: 30h for the snack I had to cancel and leave because it wasn't ready
And my family and I were the first to arrive
The justification was that the demand was high, but that was because I went to the counter to ask
The service by the owner was negligible
When I said that I would no longer expect to cancel, the owner simply raised his hand and gave a thumbs up.
I felt offended
I regretfully come to report this disgust for the first and only time I went there.
*** I hope that the service will be the flagship because we have good snacks in several places. ***
