★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hamburguer “the best” é excelente, um dos melhores que já conheci. O motivo da minha nota baixa foi pelo tamanho da fila no caixa. Eu fiquei cerca de 1h em pé na fila do caixa esperando a minha vez. Parece que o proprietário tem muitos amigos. Eu tive que levantar a voz e “brigar” com o dono porque eu era o próximo, mas muitas pessoas pagavam na minha frente. Parece algo totalmente amador, sem profissionalismo. O dono dizia: “você precisa entender... fica em paz... qual problema dele pagar primeiro?” E eu respondia: o problema é que ele não está na fila. Eu nunca vi nada parecido na minha vida! Sério! Total falta de profissionalismo. Eu moro em São Paulo. Estive em Friburgo a turismo. Não recomendo a casa de jeito nenhum para um turista que está acostumado a frequentar locais com qualidade de atendimento. O estabelecimento não dispõe desta competência.
The “the best” burger is excellent, one of the best I've ever seen. The reason for my low grade was the length of the checkout line. I was about 1 hour standing in the checkout line waiting for my turn. Looks like the owner has a lot of friends. I had to raise my voice and “fight” with the owner because I was next, but a lot of people paid in front of me. It seems like something totally amateur, without professionalism. The owner said: "you need to understand... be at peace... what problem is he paying first?" And I would answer: the problem is that he is not in the queue. I've never seen anything like it in my life! Serious! Total lack of professionalism. I live in Sao Paulo. I've been to Fribourg for tourism. I don't recommend the house at all for a tourist who is used to going to places with quality service. The establishment does not have this competence.
