Faz dois anos que levo no O bichão super recomendo ele ainda da trabalho, porém encontrei um lugar finalmente que conseguem fazer o trabalho do inicio ao fim. Estou super satisfeito e a equipe e maravilhosa eles tem um ótimo atendimento e são super atenciosos

Respondendo a sua mensagem, por se tratar de trabalho em equipe exatamente você devia respeitar mais as pessoas, não satisfeita me encaminhou mensagem de vários números colocando também não só o nome do pet shop, mas também de sua equipe.
Também me coloco a disposição para quem quiser ver as mensagens e os números de telefone do qual a senhora quis caçar assunto.

Obs: mostre também sua mensagem de diversos números, sua mensagem sem conter nenhuma educação, tudo isso por conta de sua frustração, alias um dos números é de um buffet chamado five kids, onde por ser de uma empresa mostra um outro lado não profissional e descompensado também da gerencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu gato é muito nervoso, mas depois que fui indicada a dar banho nesse Pet Shop tudo mudou. Ele vai 1 vez por mês ao Pet pq tem pelo longo e precisa de banho e uma boa escovação e sai de lá parecendo um príncipe e muito tranquilo. E o melhor de tudo que além das câmeras, nos primeiros banhos me deixaram a vontade para acompanhar os banhos dele dentro da sala de banho e tosa ao lado do profissional, o que me deixou muito a vontade e tranquila.
My cat is very nervous, but after I was recommended to bathe in this Pet Shop everything changed. He goes once a month to the Pet because he has long hair and needs a bath and a good brushing and leaves there looking like a prince and very calm. And best of all, besides the cameras, in the first baths, I felt free to accompany his baths inside the shower room and groom next to the professional, which made me very comfortable and calm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra banho é muito bom, eles são bem rápidos, mas pra tosa é bem ruim, pedi tosa bebe no meu Shihtzu e deixaram ele quase careca, rasparam até o pelo do rosto e da orelha. Não indico pra esse tipo de serviço.
It's very good for bathing, they're very quick, but for grooming it's pretty bad, I asked for a baby shave in my Shihtzu and they left him almost bald, they even shaved the hair on his face and ear. I do not recommend this type of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já passei com a veterinária que é super atenciosa e carinhosa. O atendimento no balcão tb é bem cordial. Mas qdo peguei meu cão estava com o lado direito da barriga até a virilha em carne viva, toda esfolada e com diversos pontos com Sangramento e eles agiram como se estivesse tudo bem. Nunca mais levo para tosar neste local.

I never take it again to shear this place.

Eu tinha pedido tosa bebe para acertar a pelagem, deixaram o focinho quase pelado...Acho que a recepcionista deveria ter deixado eu explicar p/ tosador e não ela, pode ter sido um erro na comunicação ai tb...
Embora tenha sido bem tratada pelos funcionários , o petshop não é confortável para aguardar, não da para ver seu pet tomando banho e não tem banheiro para clientes, usei dos funcionários.
Mesmos os funcionários não tem um banheiro e uma copa decente, se o Dono não cuida do time que cuida do seu cachorro... ninguém vai trabalhar satisfeito. Não volto

Although it was treated well by the employees, the petshop is not comfortable to wait, you can't see your pet taking a bath and there's no bathroom for customers, I used the employees.
Even the employees don't have a bathroom and a decent pantry, if the Owner doesn't take care of the team that takes care of his dog... no one will work satisfied. I'm not coming back
