★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um lanche para minha noiva e 3 horas depois o entregador tocou o interfone disse que estava com pressa porque ele tinha 31 entregas para fazer, aí eu abri o portão e o entregador foi embora.
I bought a snack for my fiancée and 3 hours later the delivery man rang the intercom and said he was in a hurry because he had 31 deliveries to make, so I opened the gate and the delivery man left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com essa hamburgueria foi a pior possível. Fiz pedido as 19:50h previsão de entrega as 21:02. Foram entregar dois xtudo as 23:35. Lanche chegou gelado todo revirado. Enviei mensagem a ele e com descaso me retornaram. No ZAP foram me responder 4 horas depois. Deletei Ifood do meu celular nunca mais. Qualidade zero. O pessoal do Ifood ou quer quer aceita esse tipo de serviço deveria ver os comentários e excluir esse tipo de estabelecimento.
My experience with this burger joint was the worst possible. I ordered at 19:50h, with delivery scheduled for 21:02. Two were delivered at 23:35. Snack arrived cold all over the place. I sent a message to him and they carelessly returned me. At ZAP they answered me 4 hours later. I deleted Ifood from my cell phone never again. Zero quality. Ifood staff or whoever accepts this type of service should see the comments and exclude this type of establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência em relação a lanche da minha vida, fiz o pedido as 19:49 e precisei pedir ao Ifood para cancelar porque não entregaram o lanche, com previsão de entrega de 40 a 50 min. Era 22:40 e não tinha chegado, e no chat do Ifood quando perguntei se já tinham saído pra entrega disseram que sim. Mas não chegou nada, e detalhe moro a menos de um quilômetro do restaurante, falta de consideração com os clientes e falta de profissionalismo.
The worst snack experience of my life, I placed the order at 7:49 pm and had to ask Ifood to cancel because they didn't deliver the snack, with delivery expected in 40 to 50 minutes. It was 10:40 pm and it hadn't arrived, and in the Ifood chat room, when I asked if they had already left for delivery, they said yes. But nothing arrived, and I live less than a kilometer from the restaurant, lack of consideration for customers and lack of professionalism.
