It was a great experience, beautiful and well-organized store.
We were attended by Ana, a very solicitous and polite person, who explained everything about the store and the products for sale. We carry several Christmas gifts.
I would very much like to have one in Santos.

Bad service, a huge lack of COMMUNICATION, salespeople and cashiers are talking instead of answering and supporting the customer, I give 1 star because I can't give 0.
