★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito demorando algumas funcionárias ficam conversando coisas particulares entre elas e esquecem que estão ali para trabalhar e as pessoas tem que aguarda a boa vontade delas pois não tem outra opção

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ultrapassado não aceitam cartão só dinheiro, pra vc fazer uma procuração pública leva 7 dias, lá em Rio Verde GO que e cidade das abóboras tem cerca de 250.000 habitantes fica pronta no dia!!!
Achei isso um absurdo pq a pessoa faz na hora e somente conferir o que foi digitado e autenticar, pedem 7 dias pra isso!!!!
Very outdated, they don't accept cards only cash, for you to make a public power of attorney it takes 7 days, there in Rio Verde GO that and the city of pumpkins has about 250,000 inhabitants is ready on the day!!!
I found this absurd because the person does it on the spot and just check what was typed and authenticate, they ask for 7 days for that!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos lugares com o pior atendimento que eu já vi. Uma atendente pior que a outra, não abrem a boca direito para falar. Um centro de falta de educação total, incrível o responsável pelo local contratar gente que passa o tempo todo te olhando com cara de brava.
One of the worst service places I've ever seen. One attendant worse than the other, they don't open their mouths properly to speak. A total lack of education center, incredible the person responsible for the place hire people who spend all their time looking at you with an angry face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Atendentes com muita má vontade, não aceitam pagamento em cartão, quando precisei tirar duvidas cada pessoa me falava uma coisa e nenhuma coincidia com a fala da outra. Pessoas extremamente mal educadas e sem vontade nenhuma de resolver os problemas dos clientes.
Além de que quando levei minha certidão de transferência de casamento a atendente não me informou que faziam o procedimento somente até às 16:30, cheguei às 16:45 e a mesma venho me falar que não podia fazer nada, o que me acarretou à ter que ir no dia seguinte pela manhã (sabádo), precisei faltar ao serviço para ir, em meio aos estresses que passamos lá esqueci de pegar o comprovante de horas. Liguei na segunda feira perguntando se não podiam "puxar" no sistema a hora de atendimento/ registro de pagamento/ envio do comprovante de PIX e me enviarem por email o comprovante, sem mais e nem menos a atendente pelo telefone me falou simplesmente que não era possível e que elas só entregavam no próprio dia. Ou seja, por falha delas mesmo precisei ir por dois dias seguidos e eu sou "obrigada" a entender que elas não poderiam fazer nada e quando eu como cliente preciso de auxilio elas não tem oque fazer? Pior cartório que já fui!!!
Terrible! Attendants with a lot of ill will, they don't accept card payments, when I needed to clear up doubts, each person told me one thing and none of them coincided with the other's speech. Extremely rude people and no desire to solve customer problems.
Besides that, when I took my marriage transfer certificate, the attendant did not inform me that they were doing the procedure only until 4:30 pm, I arrived at 4:45 pm and she came to tell me that she could not do anything, which caused me to have to go the next day in the morning (Saturday), I had to miss work to go, amid the stresses we had there, I forgot to get the time slip. I called on Monday asking if they couldn't "pull" in the system the service time / payment record / sending the PIX receipt and send me the receipt by email, without more and no less the attendant on the phone simply told me that it wasn't possible and that they only delivered on the same day. That is, because of their own fault I had to go for two days in a row and I am "forced" to understand that they couldn't do anything and when I as a customer I need help they don't have what to do? Worst office I've ever been to!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abrir uma reclamação no ANOREG e espero que as providências cabíveis sejam tomadas, que tenham mais respeito com os cidadãos e tratem as pessoas com dignidade, pois se o cartório abre as 9:00 e fecha as 17:00 temos o direito de entrar no local das 9:00 até as 16:59.
Aqui tem relatos semelhantes ao meu e onde está o responsável que não está vendo essa discrepância.
Hoje dia 16 de Maio de 2022, fui até o Cartório Civil de Itapecerica da Serra, estacionei, peguei meu filho de 2 anos nos braços e fui correndo para entrar, cheguei na porta do cartório faltando 5 minutos para o fechamento do mesmo e quando coloquei a mão na porta de vidro para entrar, baixaram a porta de aço na metade e não me deixaram entrar. Permaneci em pé do lado de fora, bati na porta e atendente disse que já havia fechado, então questionei o fato de ainda não ser 17:00 conforme informativo na frente do cartório assim como em seu site, mostrei o horário em meu celular, e ela disse que já estavam fechados e em seu relógio já era 17:00 horas.
Tinham três cidadãos conversando em frente e perguntei aos mesmos o horário e me confirmaram o mesmo horário do meu relógio, inclusive me emprestaram o celular para que tirasse foto do horário em frente ao cartório.
Baixar uma porta de aço em um cidadão é descabível e inaceitável ainda que o estabelecimento estivesse fechado, se as portas de vidro estão trancadas essa ação foi totalmente incoerente, onde está o respeito e bom senso dessas pessoas! Tinham duas funcionárias na porta, quando tentei entrar elas poderiam simplesmente dizer que já haviam encerrado e que não seria atendida ainda que estivesse dentro do horário, e não baixar uma porta de aço comigo tentando entrar com uma criança de 2 anos nos braços e mesmo se estivesse sozinha, e se houvesse uma intercorrência e aquela porta nos machucasse? Perdemos horas de trabalho para chegar dentro do horário estabelecido e somos tratados com total indiferença, falta de respeito, de cidadania, de humanidade e de dignidade.
LAMENTÁVEL
File a complaint with ANOREG and I hope that the appropriate measures are taken, that they have more respect for citizens and treat people with dignity, because if the notary opens at 9:00 and closes at 17:00 we have the right to enter the place from 9:00 to 16:59.
Here are reports similar to mine and where is the person responsible who is not seeing this discrepancy.
Today, May 16, 2022, I went to the Civil Registry Office of Itapecerica da Serra, parked, took my 2-year-old son in my arms and ran to enter, I arrived at the notary's door with 5 minutes to close and when I put I put my hand on the glass door to get in, they lowered the steel door halfway and wouldn't let me in. I remained standing outside, knocked on the door and the attendant said that it had already closed, so I questioned the fact that it was not yet 5:00 pm according to information on the front of the registry office as well as on their website, I showed the time on my cell phone, and she said they were already closed and on her watch it was already 17:00 hours.
There were three citizens talking in front of me and I asked them the time and they confirmed the same time as my watch, they even lent me their cell phone so that I could take a picture of the time in front of the notary's office.
Lowering a steel door on a citizen is unsuitable and unacceptable even if the establishment was closed, if the glass doors are locked this action was totally incoherent, where is the respect and common sense of these people! There were two employees at the door, when I tried to enter they could simply say that they had already closed and that I would not be attended even if it was within the time, and not lower a steel door with me trying to enter with a 2 year old child in my arms and even if were alone, and what if there was an incident and that door hurt us? We lose hours of work to arrive within the established time and are treated with total indifference, lack of respect, citizenship, humanity and dignity.
