The waiting room is not air-conditioned, has no parking, little accessibility for the disabled, no sound system to call the audience, much delay ... in short, if it closed, it wouldn't be much needed.

No setor de conciliação há algumas salas reservadas para a resolução de conflitos, porém no dia em que compareci a agenda de audiências estava atrasada em cerca de 1h. No mais os profissionais dali são bem atenciosos e treinados para receber o público.
The place is well structured and has security from the Military Police. In the conciliation sector there are some rooms reserved for conflict resolution, but on the day that I attended the agenda of hearings it was delayed by about 1 hour. In addition the professionals there are very attentive and trained to receive the public.
