★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos 03 sanduíches e informaram de 30 a 80 minutos para a entrega. 2 horas e meia depois chegaram 2 sanduiiches e fiquei sem comer. A propósito, pediram desculpas e disseram que a culpa era da chuva que ocorreu umas 5 horas atrás. Kkkkkkkkkk. Não recomendo. No meu post tem avaliações melhores.
 We ordered 03 sandwiches and reported 30 to 80 minutes for delivery. 2 and a half hours later 2 sandwiches arrived and I didn't eat. By the way, they apologized and said it was the rain that was due 5 hours ago. Kkkkkkkkkk. I do not recommend. In my post there are better reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amava este lugar, porém aumentaram o valor é perderam na qualidade. Amava pedir o Hamburguer XI pois vinha com cream cheese. Pedi da última vez e trocaram por catupiry. E desde então só vinha assim quando pedia. Fiquei muito chateada pois recomendei até pra as pessoas do meu trabalho e ambos relataram o mesmo. Se aumentam o valor, não diminuam a qualidade, mantenham a qualidade.
Loved this place, however it has increased in value and has lost in quality. I loved ordering Hamburger XI because it came with cream cheese. I ordered the last time and they exchanged for catupiry. And since then it only came like this when I asked. I was very upset because I even recommended it to the people at my job and they both reported the same thing. If you increase the value, don't decrease the quality, keep the quality.

Terrible customer service, super late!!! If you want a snack at the right time. This one is not the place. They give a deadline of 80min and still manage to delay the order by more than 40min

They never meet the deadline, it takes too long. The last time I ordered it took exactly 2 hours and 28 minutes, absurd!
