O funcionário Ricardo me atendeu e foi mais atencioso comigo pelo wats do que os atendentes das lojas presencialmente aqui no meu estado. Ele me enviou dezenas de fotos e ainda fazia vídeos toda vez que eu pedia mexendo os tecidos para eu ver sua movimentação do tecido. Enviou meu pedido no mesmo dia e recebi na mesma semana. Preço e qualidade perfeitos, mas o atendimento foi o que mais merece elogios.
I live in Espírito Santo and I didn't find fabrics for my cosplays, before the pandemic. Luckily I found the store on the internet and texted wats. Employee Ricardo attended me and was more attentive to me at wats than store attendants in person here in my state. He sent me dozens of pictures and even made videos every time I asked for moving the fabrics so I could see his fabric moving. Sent my order the same day and I received it the same week. Perfect price and quality, but the service was what deserves the most praise.
