★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até o local, pois liguei para saber sobre um tratamento Redken. Perguntei se era uma hidratação e me responderam que a hidratação era só 15%. Bem sendo assim os outros 85% são a lavada do cabelo e uma micro massagem no couro cabeludo. Já que nem aquecimento dos fios tem. Fiquei muito decepcionada. Aproveitei que estava no local e questionei se vc o corte do meu cabelo poderia ser melhorado a cabeleireira disse que sim. Cortou 3 mini pontas e foi isso. Não acreditei quando me cobraram o 'corte ' que nem foi feito. Deviam orientar os cabeleireiros a informar a verdade aos clientes sobre o que é possível ou não.. E não cobrar a todo custo...
I went to the place because I called to find out about a Redken treatment. I asked if it was a hydration and I was told that hydration was only 15%. So the other 85% is the hair wash and a micro massage on the scalp. Since neither heating of the wires has. I was very disappointed. I took advantage of what was in place and wondered if you could cut my hair could be improved the hairdresser said yes. Cut 3 mini tips and that was it. I couldn't believe it when they charged me for a 'cut' that wasn't even made. They should advise hairdressers to tell customers the truth about what is possible or not. And not charge at all costs ...
