Conta com uma balança de para o público se pesar oque é muito útil, fica bem localizado com fácil acesso próximo a o batalhão de polícia e também da praça da Vila São José. No final da feira de sábado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive q aguardar um tempão pra retirar o remédio no Hervanário da Vila São José, pois não me entregaram na hora marcada. Não emite nota fiscal paulista, alegam q o site da prefeitura tá sempre com problema, mas tbem não fazem nada pra solucionar o problema, nem aí menos encaminhar a nota por e-mail ou um telefonema, total desprezo ao consumidor! O barato saí caro! Não compensa!

Atendimento ordinário/precário.
Se por WhatsApp espere por cerca de 4 a 5 horas para respostas.
Pessoalmente, para um medicamento que faço mensalmente insistiram que eu deveria procurar farmácia tradicional, porque o veterinário colocou caixa na receita ao invés de cápsulas. Detalhe, seria a quinta vez a fazer com exatamente a mesma receita.
Má vontade, desorganização.
Procurem outro lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disponibilizam atendimento via WhatsApp, porém deixam o cliente no vácuo, levam muitas horas para responder e simplesmente somem. Péssimo atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, cobraram o débito quando solicitei crédito, entregaram com 5 dias de atraso. Não atedem o telefone e quando atendem ficam de dar um retorno e não o fazem. Primeira vez q compro, mas não repetirei a experiência. Lamentável
