★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei pedir pelo telefone e a atendente me deixou esperando por mais de 3 minutos sem contato. Desliguei e fui para o whatsapp, recebi um boa noite e fiquei 30 minutos sem contato. Desisti.
O produto parece ser bom, mas o atendimento... Quem sabe pelo iFood a experiência seja melhor.
 I tried to order over the phone and the attendant left me waiting for over 3 minutes without contact. I hung up and went to whatsapp, got a good night and was 30 minutes out of touch. I gave up.
The product looks good, but the service ... Maybe by iFood the experience is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não indico pra ninguém, cheguei lá as 20:20, as 21:20 ainda faltava 3 pedidos até chegar o meu, é a moça ainda teve a cara de pau de dizer q tinha cliente esperando 1h e 20min.
Eles colocam os pedidos menores pra ir fazendo logo,.não tem suporte para atender mais de 10 pessoas . Obs,cj Ceará.
Bad service, I don't recommend it to anyone, I got there at 8:20 pm, at 9:20 pm there were still 3 orders left until mine arrived, the girl still had the face to say that she had a client waiting 1h and 20min.
They place the smallest orders to be done soon,. There is no support to serve more than 10 people. Obs, cj Ceará.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e tu incompetência. Fiz um pedido delivery para esse restaurante, demorou mais de 2:30h e meu pedido ainda não foi entregue. Liguei para satisfação, falaram como se nada tivesse aconteceu, 0 em solução de problemas. Resumo: fui dormir com fome!
Bad service and you incompetence. I placed a delivery order for this restaurant, it took more than 2: 30h and my order has not yet been delivered. I called satisfaction, they spoke as if nothing had happened, 0 in solving problems. Summary: I went to sleep hungry!

Pedimos dois hamburguers simples e uma batata com cheddar e bacon.. nos informaram que a batata ia demorar mais 40 minutos se quisesse mesmo o cheddar com bacon, acabamos aceitando a batata normal. Já os hambúrguers.... Mais de uma hora de espera, pão sem gosto, carne sem tempero e gosto, nada de extraordinário que justificasse pelo menos um terço da espera. Ah sim, o clima no local é péssimo devido a uma mulher no balcão (acho que gerente) brigando e discutindo com o pessoal da cozinha. Vi outros clientes desistir do pedido. Como vi também falta de organização na gestão dos pedidos.

We ordered two simple hamburgers and a potato with cheddar and bacon .. we were informed that the potato would take another 40 minutes if we really wanted the bacon cheddar, we ended up accepting the normal potato. The hamburgers ... More than an hour of waiting, bread without taste, meat without seasoning and taste, nothing extraordinary to justify at least a third of the wait. Oh yes, the atmosphere in the place is terrible due to a woman at the counter (I think the manager) fighting and arguing with the kitchen staff. I saw other customers give up on the order. As I also saw a lack of organization in order management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hambúrguer é uma delícia, foi o melhor que comi no Conjunto Ceará até agora. Escolhi o Tropical com acréscimo de cebola caramelizada e ficou muito bom. A carne tem um tempero muito bom. As porções de molho são generosas. Só o tempo de espera que precisa melhorar.
The burger is delicious, it was the best I've had in Conjunto Ceará so far. I chose the Tropical with extra caramelized onions and it got really good. The meat has a very good seasoning. The portions of sauce are generous. Just the waiting time you need to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento poderia ser um pouco mais animado, mas fora isso há nada demais a reclamar. Os sanduíches e os sucos estavam uma delícia. E os preços são muito convidativos. Ótima opção pra lanches na região.
The service could be a little more lively, but otherwise there is nothing to complain about. The sandwiches and juices were delicious. And the prices are very inviting. Great option for snacks in the area.
