Os moradores terão que realizar um sorteio para usar a piscina (não haverá espaço para os moradores desfrutarem desse espaço). Osasco não tem rodízio. No entanto, nesse empreendimento, certamente o síndico terá que criar algum esquema nesse sentido para garantir que não haja engarrafamento dentro da garagem todas as manhãs. E nos dias de Natal e Ano Novo: Moradores planejem pelo menos 30 minutos de espera para conseguir entrar no elevador...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui antes do lançamento e gostei muito do projeto. Achei o empreendimento maravilhoso. Aberto, mas com toldos transparentes, aquecimento nas piscinas e se nota que se pensou em cada detalhe para a elaboração do projeto, que por sinal é muito caprichado. Parabéns! Gosto muito da Ekko construtora.
I went before the release and I really liked the project. I found the venture wonderful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O empreendimento pode até ser bom, mas os moradores são mal educados. Fazem festa todo final de semana, gritam até altas horas da madrugada, som alto...um dos moradores deixa o cachorro o dia todo na varanda e o bicho chora sem parar...terrível!
The development may be good, but the residents are poorly educated. They party every weekend, scream until the wee hours of the morning, loud music ... one of the residents leaves the dog all day on the balcony and the animal cries endlessly ... terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem entrei para saber se o empreendimento é bom ou ruim, só de passar já vi a maior aberração da arquitetura num edifício que dizem ser de alto padrão, onde estão os recuos previstos em lei? construção quase na rua, sem abrigo para quem chega, sem comentários.
