Com certeza NÃO voltaremos ao estabelecimento, pois não priorizar a qualidade de atendimento que é primordial em qualquer lugar.
Terrible service, we went for a rotation at the establishment and they didn't want to serve us. Requests to speak with the manager, in which he was super rude and treated us very rudely. We will definitely NOT return to the establishment, as we do not prioritize the quality of service that is paramount anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então, pela segunda vez, ficamos na mão. Éramos clientes assíduos mas, infelizmente, não voltaremos mais. Uma vez que, moramos fora e não fomos atendidos como gostaríamos. O motivo foi chegada no recinto com uns 10 minutos depois das 21 horas pois isso nos foi dito que não poderiam nos servir o rodízio. Quisemos falar com o gerente porém o mesmo não teve a educação de nos atender. Enfim, fomos para nunca mais voltarmos pois há outros tão bons que nos atendem de forma melhor.
So, for the second time, we were in hand. We were regular customers but unfortunately we won't be back. Once, we live abroad and we were not treated as we would like. The reason was that we arrived at the enclosure about 10 minutes after 21:00 because we were told that they could not serve us the carvery. We wanted to talk to the manager but he didn't have the manners to meet us. Anyway, we went to never come back because there are others as good that serve us better.
