★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo com muitos aqui , atendimento ruim, todas as recepcionistas te tratam mal, cheguei a ir 2x fui mal atendida , cobram caro por cabelos cheios de lêndea , fios brancos . o lugar só tem nome e propagada, vc paga caro numa certa quantidade , no meu caso pedi p tecer lá a primeira vez e percebi que tinha menos cabelo que na hora que escolhi, se os cabelo são limpos e não semi limpos nos clientes pagamos pela quantidade certa mais não é isso que acontece lá. Na segunda vez fui com uma amiga e não gostei do tratamento que tiveram com ela, por isso vim relatar minhas dores tanto por mim quanto por da minha amiga. O dono deveria trocar a equipe e contratar pessoas competentes para fazer jus ao nome da empresa. Vc olha as redes sociais foto com famosos isso e aquilo , mais por trás é lixo de lugar. Decepcionada mesmo.
I agree with many here, bad service, all the receptionists treat you badly, I even went 2x I was poorly attended, they charge a lot for hair full of nits, gray hairs. the place only has a name and is advertised, you pay dearly for a certain amount, in my case I asked to weave there the first time and I realized that I had less hair than at the time I chose, if the hair is clean and not semi clean in customers we pay for the right amount but that's not what happens there. The second time I went with a friend and I didn't like the treatment they had with her, so I came to report my pain for both myself and my friend. The owner should change the team and hire competent people to live up to the name of the company. You look at social media photos with famous this and that, but behind it is rubbish. Really disappointed.
