Ligamos para solicitar um orçamento. Marcaram no periodo da mannha a partir das 09 fiquei esperando quando foi 11h liguei e ficaram de dar um retorno, após uma hora liguei e marcaram para as 13:30h e não apareceram.
O minimo que poderiam fazer é avisar por telefone que iria a trasr, ou seja o cliente tem que ficar esperando a boa vontade deles de atender.
Não recomendo
Company with mismanagement.
We called to request a quote. They scheduled in the morning from 09 I was waiting when it was 11h I called and were giving a return, after an hour I called and they scheduled for 13:30 and did not appear.
The least they could do is warn by phone that they would transfer, meaning the customer has to be waiting for their willingness to answer.
I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, mandei medidas das divisórias que preciso, recebi orçamento pelo whatsapp e a pessoa me disse que no orçamento está errado. Não recomendo, pessoa despreparadas. Conclusão o barato saí caro.
Engraçado a empresa me respondeu com o seguinte resposta:
Desculpe, deve ter tido algum engano de sua parte, nossa empresa tem mais de 26 anos de mercado e atende de órgãos públicos à pequenos consumidores, e temos tido ótimo retorno dos mesmos.
Um absurdo, se vc quiser te passo o Whatsap que conversei com a sua péssima funcinária.
Poor service, I sent measures of the partitions I need, I received budget by whatsapp and the person told me that the budget is wrong. Not recommend, unprepared person. Conclusion the cheap came out expensive.
Funny the company answered me with the following answer:
Sorry, there must have been some mistake on your part, our company has over 26 years in the market and serves small consumers from public agencies, and we have had great returns from them.
Nonsense, if you want to pass you the Whatsap I talked to your bad function.
