★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local tem funcionários que escolhem quem atender bem. Tentei até conversar com o gerente e nada mudou.
Então o que dá para entender é que ele concorda com essas atitudes! Um excelente atendimento tem que ser feito para todos e não selecionar e principalmente nós que saímos de outro estado para prestigiar e somos tratados com indiferença!
 The place has employees who choose who to serve well. I even tried to talk to the manager and nothing changed.
So what you can understand is that he agrees with these attitudes! An excellent service has to be done for everyone and not to select and especially for us who leave another state to honor and we are treated with indifference!

Very good place to have fun listening to live music and have a cold beer or a great drink with a tasty snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao chegar pedi uma mesa ao garçon(1) e fiquei mais de 1h sem atendimento, tentei, então, falar com outro garçon(2) e fui ignorado... falei novamente com o garçon(1) e me pediu que ficasse no balcão e fosse pegar ficha no caixa, então o endaguei se estava se negando a vender e o mesmo me deu as costas me ignorando tbm... após mais uns 20min falei com outro garçon(3), moreno, simpático e gentil, atendeu prontamente e abriu uma comanda e, após desocupar uma mesa próximo a mim ele continuou com um atendimento exemplar até o encerramento da conta...O ambiente é agradável mas o atendimento por parte de alguns profissionais, infelizmente, fica a desejar.
Upon arrival, I asked the waiter for a table(1) and I had no service for more than 1 hour, so I tried to talk to another waiter(2) and was ignored... I spoke again to the waiter(1) and asked me to stay at the counter and he went to get a token from the cashier, so I asked him if he was refusing to sell and he turned his back on me, ignoring me too... after another 20min I spoke to another waiter(3), dark, friendly and kind, he answered promptly and he opened a command and, after vacating a table next to me, he continued with exemplary service until the account was closed... The atmosphere is pleasant, but the service provided by some professionals, unfortunately, is still to be desired.
