★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As partes demoram muito tempo para serem chamadas para Audiência. E uma Medida Cautelar, infelizmente é só um papel que não inibe o Feminicidio. Existe uma grande diferença entre a teoria e a prática, outrossim, essa Delegacia do Subúrbio embora Especializada, não funciona em regime de Plantão, nem nos finais de semanas que é justamente quando a maioria dos crimes contra mulher acontecem.
Em caso de ameaça ou agressão, sugiro comparece no Centro Loretta Valadares, fica na Rua do Salete, bairro da Piedade, Salvador/ BA. Lá tem um local de acolhimento sigiloso para mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica e seus filhos.
Afinal o que vale mais, os bens materiais ou a vida???
