★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem localizado, porém o sistema de elevadores é desconfortável e confuso, frequentemente o cliente precisa correr de um lado pra o outro pra pegar o elevador, além de não informarem com precisão se estão descendo ou subindo. O isolamento de som é ruim, é possível escutar alto a conversa das pessoas da sala ao lado e dos corredores. Nesse momento (terça às 9:30 da manhã), está ocorrendo uma reforma, não sei se de forma irregular, mas para quem precisa de concentração é um dia de trabalho ou estudo comprometido.
