★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A localização é boa mas há problemas de habitação irregular no entorno. Existe a promessa de que o mercado municipal vá para aquela área. Tem bastante condução é um mercado Extra bem pertinho. Os apartamentos são bons e o condomínio muito bem cuidado. Os dois blocos tem piscina e churrasqueira.
 The location is good but there are problems with irregular housing in the surroundings. There is a promise that the municipal market will go to that area. It has a lot of driving and is an Extra market very close. The apartments are good and the condominium is very well maintained. The two blocks have a swimming pool and barbecue.

It is a well-managed apartment condominium strategically located in the center of Niterói, close to major supermarkets such as Guanabara, Extra, Dom Atacadão. Building material stores like Amoedo make a huge difference in terms of speed and variety of purchases. With the arrival of the revitalized Niterói Municipal Market, I believe that more security will be given to residents.
