★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei, peguei um combo com um lanche de costelinha de porco e barbecue, batata e um lata de coca. O pão é um pouco seco, mas é gostoso
 I liked it, I got a combo with a pork ribs and barbecue snack, potato and a can of coke. The bread is a little dry, but it tastes good.

Peguei um sanduíche para viagem. A embalagem é boa e mantém a temperatura dos alimentos. Ainda assim, pelo preço cobrado, acho que os pratos valem mais a pena do que os sanduíches pelo custo-benefício.

Gostei bastante da comida. Carne servida no ponto correto e bem temperada. Acompanhamentos também estavam muito bons. O atendimento foi ótimo também. Entre os concorrentes do mesmo estilo (Mania de Churrasco, Montana Grill Express, Bon Grillê, Billy The Grill etc.), o The Steak Factory foi o que mais gostei. Em um dia que está com pressa, mas quer comer algo mais saboroso, vale a pena. Só não dou 5 estrelas pq dependendo do prato que você escolher (pratos variam entre R$ 21,90 e R$ 54,90, sem bebida), dá para encontrar umas opções de restaurantes até com atendimento às mesas dentro da mesma faixa de preço (Exemplo: Restaurante Andiamo, que oferece entrada, prato principal e sobremesa na faixa de preço entre 50 e 55 reais). Aí vai depender se está em um dia mais tranquilo ou com pressa etc. De qualquer forma, pretendo retornar. É uma boa opção de grill no Shopping Ibirapuera.

I got a sandwich to go. The packaging is good and maintains the temperature of the food. Still, for the price charged, I think the dishes are worth more than the sandwiches for the cost-effectiveness.

I really enjoyed the food. Meat served in the correct spot and well seasoned. Accompaniments were also very good. The service was great too. Among the competitors of the same style (Barbecue Mania, Montana Grill Express, Bon Grillê, Billy The Grill, etc.), The Steak Factory was the one I liked the most. On a day when you're in a hurry but want to eat something tastier, it's worth it. I just don't give 5 stars because depending on the dish you choose (dishes vary between R$21.90 and R$54.90, without drinks), you can find some restaurant options even with table service within the same price range (Example: Andiamo Restaurant, which offers a starter, main course and dessert in the price range between 50 and 55 reais). It will depend on whether you are on a quieter day or in a hurry, etc. Anyway, I plan to return. It's a good grill option at Shopping Ibirapuera.

O lanche de churrasco não tem absolutamente nada haver com a aparência ofertada -.-
O prato de frango veio cru, sem gosto, bem nada haver com o ofertado, a aparência até não era ruim, mas o gosto…… foi inteiro pro lixo, triste!
Rodamos o shopping todo e escolhemos este estabelecimento mas nos decepcionamos com a qualidade.

The barbecue snack has absolutely nothing to do with the appearance offered -.-
The chicken dish came raw, with no taste, nothing to do with what was offered, the appearance wasn't bad, but the taste…… it went to waste, sad!
We went through the whole mall and chose this establishment but we were disappointed with the quality.
