★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita gritaria e bagunça de criança TODOS OS DIAS onde deveria ser a área de circulação. Fora que é colado a uma escola, o que só é bom pra famílias com filhos. Apartamentos de frente pra piscina são os piores pois não tem nenhuma privacidade e nenhum sossego, e todos eles são sem janela nos banheiros e acabam precisando de exaustor, um ponto horrível.
A localização não favorece quem gosta de evitar usar o carro, o mercado e farmácia são distantes para ir a pé e só tem uma padaria e um restaurante por perto.
A lot of screaming and child mess EVERY DAY where the circulation area should be. Besides, it is attached to a school, which is only good for families with children. Apartments facing the pool are the worst as they have no privacy and no peace, and all of them have no windows in the bathrooms and end up needing exhaust, a horrible point.
The location does not favor those who like to avoid using the car, the market and pharmacy are far to walk and there is only a bakery and a restaurant close by.

Nele é possível admirar toda a cidade do alto podendo admirar o nascer e o pôr do sol. Recomendo este residencial.
