Em junho de 2009 iniciou–se, seu quarto voo solo, com Restaurante instalado no Cambuí - bairro nobre de Campinas, trazendo para a cidade a mesma proposta já aceita pelos clientes de outrora.
Chef Théo tinha como idéia para esta nova casa uma culinária de inspiração internacional, mesclada à brasileira.
