★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a Vivo coloca essa prestadora de serviço para administrar a minha linha pela terceira renovação já é o quarto arrependimento, consultores despreparados que só se interessam em vender, nenhum suporte é dado depois que assina a renovação. Fazem 2 meses que renovei e é o segundo mês que não recebo conta, não tenho mais acesso que eu tinha antes peço a conta para o consultor que uma hora fala que vão fazer contato comigo, no dia seguinte cobro novamente e me manda um telefone para entrar em contato quero pagar e não consigo .
