A Bruna acompanhou meu pedido, me ajudando nas escolhas , anseios , receios , tirando dúvidas, sempre pontual e paciente. Eu e minha esposa amamos e aproveitamos para curtir nosso aniversário de 11 anos de casados, em um hotel aconchegante e em um dos melhores parques aquáticos do mundo?. Obrigado Bruna , obrigado Hotel Tiffany e Themas Parque, vocês são a parceria perfeita!!!❤️???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o primeiro contato via WhatsApp com a atendente Sabrina Orlando no dia 27/Janeiro/2022. Ela me enviou todos os orçamentos de acordo com o que solicitei, tirou minhas dúvidas, me propôs todas as possibilidades e condições para pagamento, mas no dia não fechamos nada.
Mesmo assim, ela foi extremamente paciente, educada e solicita. Passei quase 1 mês pesquisando em outros lugares, falando com outras pessoas, mas o atendimento dela teve um diferencial: passar segurança sobre o produto e serviço oferecido pela empresa. E por isso, hoje, 18/Fevereiro/2022 quase 1 mês depois do primeiro contato, voltei a falar com a Sabrina Orlando e fechamos o pacote e mais uma vez, fui extremamente bem atendida por ela. Minha avaliação nesse momento é de 5 estrelas para o atendimento que recebi. Mas se o serviço prestado for tão bom quanto o atendimento da Sabrina, tenho certeza que terei dias incríveis nessa viagem.
I made the first contact via WhatsApp with the attendant Sabrina Orlando on January 27, 2022. She sent me all the quotes according to what I requested, took my doubts, proposed all the possibilities and conditions for payment, but on the day we didn't close anything.
Even so, she was extremely patient, polite and solicitous. I spent almost 1 month researching in other places, talking to other people, but her service had a differential: conveying confidence about the product and service offered by the company. And that's why, today, February 18, 2022, almost 1 month after the first contact, I spoke with Sabrina Orlando again and we closed the package and once again, I was extremely well attended by her. My rating at this point is 5 stars for the service I received. But if the service provided is as good as Sabrina's service, I'm sure I'll have amazing days on this trip.

Já combinei com a Camis (aquelas que se acha íntima nesse nível) que os ingressos vou comprar com vocês. Não me decepcionem haahahahahahah

De agora em diante com certeza vai ser assim que iremos adquirir as próximas entradas todas as vezes que voltarmos para o parque. O Thermas é o nosso lugar preferido de passeio.
