Fui extremamente bem atendida; desde a minha pesquisa para aquisição do aparelho de ar condicionado através de contato telefônico, onde todas as dúvidas que tinha em relação ao tipo de aparelho a ser adquirido, depois na compra do aparelho e por fim na instalação feita. Além da rapidez (todos os prazos cumpridos, nada de enrolação), pessoal da instalação muito gentis e educados e deixaram tudo limpo e organizado. Também eles têm um dos melhores preços no mercado.
I highly recommend Thermo Air Conditioning! I was extremely well attended; since my research to purchase the air conditioner through telephone contact, where all the doubts I had regarding the type of appliance to be purchased, then the purchase of the appliance and finally the installation made. In addition to the speed (all deadlines met, no hassle), installation staff very kind and polite and left everything clean and organized. Also they have one of the best prices in the market.

O atendimento e a instalação foram perfeitos.
Primeiramente, conversei com Danielle que foi muito gentil e objetiva.
No dia da instalação chegaram no horário combinado, mesmo sendo no dia 27/12/2018, data em que a cidade sabidamente fica cheia.
As instalações ficaram perfeitas, demorando pouco mais de 3 horas.
O serviço foi executado por Kleber e outro instalador, cujo nome não me recordo.
De todo modo, ambos foram excelentes, inclusive explicando as funções do controle remoto.
Recomendo o serviço da empresa.
Thermo company installed two air conditioners in my house.
The service and installation were perfect.
First, I talked to Danielle who was very kind and to the point.
On the day of installation, they arrived at the agreed time, even though it was on 12/27/2018, when the city is known to be full.
The installations were perfect, taking just over 3 hours.
The service was run by Kleber and another installer whose name I can't remember.
Anyway, both were excellent, including explaining the functions of the remote.
I recommend the company's service.
