★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Pra realizar uma simples limpeza no ar condicionado demoraram quase 3 dias para entregar. Tive que ficar ligando para cobrar. Depois disso, tudo, me entregaram o ar todo sujo por fora. Segundo eles, por dentro foi limpo, agora como acreditar se foi ou não foi? Não sou técnico. Em suma, é maior enrolado.
Terrible attendance! It took almost 3 days to deliver a clean air conditioner. I had to keep calling to collect. After that, everything, they gave me the whole dirty air on the outside. According to them, inside was clean, now how to believe whether it was or was not? I'm not a technician. In short, it is more curled up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência muito ruim com a empresa. O técnico veio até a minha casa e fez a limpeza do aparelhos de ar condicionado. Umas duas horas após a saída do técnico liguei o aparelho de ar condicionado do meu quarto e o dreno estava pingando (foi uma das coisas que eu pedi que fosse consertada). Entrei imediatamente em contato com o dono da empresa (Jairo) por dois dias seguidos pedindo que fosse resolvido o problema mas nao obtive resposta. Não recomendo!
I had a very bad experience with the company. The technician came to my house and cleaned the air conditioners. A couple of hours after the technician left I turned on the air conditioner in my room and the drain was dripping (it was one of the things I asked for to be fixed). I immediately contacted the owner of the company (Jairo) for two days in a row asking for the problem to be resolved but I did not get an answer. I do not recommend!
