Trabalho aqui na Brig Faria Lima , e há uns 3 meses tive que realizar uma compra para empresa de ultima hora, era uma sexta feira , final de tarde e o produto que eu precisava não estava encontrando nos estabelecimentos aqui da região ... até que liguei na Thila e o Henrique (proprietário) me atendeu, lembro que faltava uns 5 minutos para fechar a loja e eu desesperada expliquei a situação e perguntei se eu poderia ir até lá para comprar o produto, mas que eu chegaria em 15/20 minutos ... E ele prontamente disse , "pode vir sim" que eu te atendo. Resumindo, consegui comprar o produto , e gostaria de elogiar publicamente a atitude do proprietário, que teve total empatia pelo cliente, está de parabéns !
Super recommend! I work here at Brig Faria Lima, and about 3 months ago I had to make a purchase for a last minute company, it was a Friday, late afternoon and the product I needed was not found in the establishments here in the region ... until I called Thila and Henrique (owner) answered me, I remember there was about 5 minutes to close the store and I desperately explained the situation and asked if I could go there to buy the product, but that I would arrive in 15/20 minutes ... And he promptly said, "Yes, it can come" that I attend you. In short, I managed to buy the product, and I would like to publicly praise the attitude of the owner, who had total empathy for the customer, is to be congratulated!
