Havia uma larva na minha comida despois de ter comido boa parte,
Chamei a responsável discretamente, mostrei a situação para ela e a mesma disse que não podia fazer nada e me cobrou o valor total.
Sei que não agi corretamente em requerer meus direitos para fazer escândalo em meio aos clientes mas minha indignação está aqui postada. Assim que mostrei a lava ela levou o prato lá pra dentro para não servir como prova.
Porém todos funcionários são respeitosos, educados, flexíveis e prestativos.
Guys, my experience was one of the worst possible!
There was a maggot in my food after I had eaten most of it,
I called the person in charge discreetly, showed her the situation and she said she couldn't do anything and charged me the full amount.
I know I didn't act correctly in requesting my rights to make a scandal among customers but my indignation is posted here. As soon as I showed her the lava she took the plate inside so it wouldn't serve as evidence.
But all staff are respectful, polite, flexible and helpful.
