★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei uma roupa na loja de péssima qualidade, mas no dia em que meu filho experimentou pelo menos o tamanho estava correto. Mas quando experimentei já em casa a noite, no dia anterior ao evento pude ver que a roupa estava enorme no meu filho e tudo muito feio... No dia seguinte, dia do evento fui a loja bem cedo fazer a reclamação, a funcionaria se propôs a fazer ajustes que não garantia ficar bom, pois a roupa estava realmente bem grande no meu filho. Deixei a roupa lá e fui em busca de outra loja para conseguir alugar algo, graças a \deus consegui algo muito mais bonito e de melhor qualidade... Retornei a loja e solicitei o estorno de parte do valor que havia pago(metade) e a proprietária embora tenha sido muito simpática no primeiro atendimento não teve nenhum tipo de ética profissional e se recusou a estornar parte do valor que havia pago. Já acionei o PROCON RJ, pois eles me garante por lei que eu tinha direito do cancelamento e também vou notifica la judicialmente, pois foi um grande transtorno para mim e meu filho que vai ser pajem e antecedia apenas algumas horas da cerimônia ... Foi um desgaste muito grande a mim e a ele (uma criança de 5 anos).
Roupas de péssima qualidade e a proprietária sem ética alguma!

The next day, the day of the event I went to the store early to make the complaint, proposed to make adjustments that did not guarantee to be good, because the clothing was really great in my son. I left the clothes there and went in search of another store to be able to rent something, thanks to \ god I got something much more beautiful and of better quality ... I returned the store and requested the reversal of part of the value that had paid (half) and the owner although she was very friendly at the first service did not have any type of professional ethics and refused to refund some of the amount she had paid. I already called PROCON RJ, because they guarantee me by law that I had the right to cancel and I also notify it judicially, because it was a great inconvenience for me and my son who will be a page and preceded only a few hours of the ceremony ... It was a very big wear on me and him (a 5 year old).
Clothes of poor quality and the owner without any ethics!
