Me ensinou que nĂłs temos que ter o controle dos nossos sentimentos de uma maneira leve, e muitas vezes mais fĂĄcil do que imaginamos. Mostrou que devemos nos colocar no nosso lugar de filho, pai, amigo, namorado entre outros aspectos. Sem contar a forma que o terapeuta Tiago nos deixa confortĂĄvel para expor muitas situaçÔes que podem ser complexas. Recomendo.
Family Constellation Therapy was an enlightening, self-help experience that I recommend everyone have a day. It taught me that we have to take control of our feelings in a light way, and often easier than we imagine. It showed that we must put ourselves in our place as a son, father, friend, boyfriend among other aspects. Not to mention the way the therapist Tiago makes us comfortable to expose many situations that can be complex. I recommend.
